Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company & its financial activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements and reports, analyze and interpret financial data and trends, assist with financial planning and analysis, and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Work on special projects and initiatives that enhance the financial performance and sustainability of the company.

Must Have

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license/designation.
  • At least five years of progressive experience in financial & managerial position and reporting, preferably for multiple entities or in a group structure.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations, such as tax laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and various accounting software.

  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
