Talent Acquisition and Marketing Officer

We are looking for you! As a Talent Acquisition Officer at GigaProfessional Partners, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and placing highly skilled Filipino professionals in overseas job positions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific talent needs and collaborate with our candidates to match them with suitable employment opportunities. This role demands a deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping Filipino professionals achieve their career aspirations abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organizations seeking Filipino talent.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, job specifications, and company culture.

2. Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and databases, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit for overseas positions.

3. Candidate Management:

  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing information, assistance, and feedback at every stage.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and assist with visa and immigration requirements.

4. Job Matching:

  • Assess candidate qualifications and experience to ensure they meet the requirements of the job openings.
  • Present well-matched candidates to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of both the candidate and the job.

5. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with local and international labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interviews, and placements.

5. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and changes in immigration and visa regulations.
  • Use market insights to advise clients and improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:​

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the overseas recruitment of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of immigration and visa processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
  • Ability to leverage technology, especially social media and the internet, as sourcing tools.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the capability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
